Mary-Kate Olsen made a new friend at Sundance this week: Irish actor Colin Farrell. The pair got close in Park City at a screening of “In Bruges,” and I’m really struggling to decide which one would smell worst.

Colin Farrell was happy to report that his four year old son, James, made “good” progress recently in his struggle with Angelman Syndrome. The Irish actor would like to raise public awareness about the syndrome, which is a rare form of cerebral palsy.

“James’ progress is good. Angelman is a condition, not a disease.

“With my son the only time I’m reminded that there is something different about him, that he has some deviation of what is perceived to be normal, is when I see him with other four-year-olds.”

Colin spent the last week in the US promoting his new film Cassandra’s Dream, directed by Woody Allen.

“Cassandra’s Dream” is the new Woody Allen film starring Ewan McGregor and Colin Farrell. For some reason, it doesn’t look like a Woody Allen movie to me, and I guess for that reason, I’m dying to see it.

Colin Farrell participated in a panel discussion this week at a Border’s Bookstore in NYC for Eoin Colfer’s best-selling Artemis Fowl series.

I honestly have no idea what he was doing there, but he looked kinda hot.

Colin Farrell’s rep denied rumors that the actor knocked up his 22 year old girlfriend, Irish student Muireann McDonnell.

“She is not pregnant,” Colin’s rep, Danica Smith said.

Colin Farrell chilled with his girlfriend, thenty-ony year old Irish college student Muireann McDonnell, in NYC this week. According to recent rumors, Colin and Muireann are expecting their first child together. Although unsubstantiated, Muireann is reportedly around three months pregnant.

Colin has a three year old son, James, with ex-girlfriend Kim Bordenave.
