After photographers snapped Jessica Simpson sporting a t-shirt reading “Real Girls Eat Meat,” vegetarian Pam Anderson labeled Jessica a “bitch and a whore.” Of course, it’s high comedy for Pam to refer to anyone as a “whore,” because… well, you know, but Jessica didn’t find it funny: she got all bummed out and shit over it.

According to The Sun, Jessica was ready to “go after” the former “Baywatch” babe when she learned of the low-blow comments Pam delivered to an Australian radio station.

“She was deeply hurt and upset at the comments,” an insider told the paper. “To say Jessica is mad about it is an understatement.”

“She is disgusted at Pamela’s remarks and fully intended to go after her, until her family made her see sense,” the source explained. “Her folks told her not to make a big deal of it, as that would only get Pamela the press she’s so desperate for.”

“Go after” Pam? Was Jessica planning on jumping her at the Malibu Country Mart or something?

They’ve been divorced for over ten years, but Tommy Lee and Pam Anderson decided to give their relationship yet another try. Tommy bragged to Rolling Stone that Pam and their two sons, Brandon, 12, and Dylan, 10, moved back into his house.

“Pamela and the kids have moved in with me. It’s awesome, man. It’s definitely working. You can tell on the kids’ faces; they’re happy when we’re together.”

“We’ve only given it a try 800 times. 801, here we go.”

Pam had a couple other failed marriages during the ten years she was apart from Tommy: she married Kid Rock in July 2006, and filed for divorce in November of the same year. In September of 2007, Pam married Rick Salomon. She filed for an annulment in February 2008.
