Things didn’t go so well in court today for Paris Hilton. The heiress was reportedly sent “crying and screaming” back to jail after a judge ruled she could not be let out for house arrest.

“It’s not right!” shouted Hilton, who violated her probation in a reckless driving case. “Mom!” she cried out to her mother.

The 26-year-old hotel heiress was taken handcuffed from her home in a black-and-white police car, paparazzi sprinting in pursuit and helicopters broadcasting live from above. She entered the courtroom disheveled and weeping, hair askew, without makeup, wearing a fuzzy gray sweat shirt over slacks.

She cried throughout the hearing, dabbing her eyes, and her body shook constantly. Several times she turned to her parents, seated behind her in the courtroom, and mouthed, “I love you.” TMZ.com reported that Hilton’s family will file an appeal, maybe as soon as Friday afternoon.

Despite being ordered to serve the remainder of her original 45-day sentence, Hilton could still be released early. Inmates are given a day off their terms for every four days of good behavior, and her days in home detention counted as time served.

Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer was calm but apparently irked by Sheriff Lee Baca’s decision to release Hilton three days into her sentence due to an unspecified “medical condition.”

“I at no time condoned the actions of the sheriff and at no time told him I approved the actions,” Sauer said. “At no time did I approve the defendant being released from custody to her home.”

While her attorney is busy filing an appeal, Paris Hilton will spend the weekend at the medical ward of the Twin Towers jail facility in Los Angeles.

Paris Hilton was handcuffed and loaded into the back of a police car today. She’s currently in court before the judge, but we’re still waiting for a decision regarding whether or not she’ll be sent back to the pokey.

Sienna Miller recently bemoaned that when she walks down the street, onlookers yell things like “slag” and “whore” at her. Um, what?

She said: “People say the most horrible things to me like ’slut’ and ’slag’ and it upsets me because I’m not like that.

“I’ve never had a one stand in my life. I’ve been in a relationship more or less for the past five years since I was 20, and sometimes people forget this.

“I know how to let it go over my head, but then sometimes you do question why people are saying it.

After what seemed like an endless wait, HBO’s “Big Love” is set to make it’s second season premiere on June 11th, and I’m totes excited. Love, love, love.

The show’s star, Bill Paxton, Chloe Sevigny, Jeanne Tripplehorn, and Ginnifer Goodwin, turned up for the LA red carpet premiere last night. Everyone looked lovely, except Chloe, who looked a little elderly.
