Lindsay Lohan’s latest film project might be in peril, but at least she’s still got boobs, and really that’s all that matters. Source: ONTD The commissioner in Britney Spears’ child custody case suspended her visitation rights, and gave sole custody of her two children to her ex-husband, Kevin Federline. Britney’s visitation was “suspended pending further order of the Court.” The order is in effect until January 14. On that date, there will another hearing to determine where the case will go. Lynne Spears, Britney’s estrange mother, rushed to Cedars-Sinai Hospital today to be near her daughter while she’s under mental observation. Access Hollywood claimed Lynne was “extremely distraught, crying on the phone” when contacted by their staff. “Just say prayers,” Lynne said.
Although Vivica A. Fox vehemently denied that she starred in a homemade sex tape, a clip surfaced today showing someone who resembles Vivica giving oral sex to an unidentified man.
The clip is after the cut, and is VERY, VERY NSFW, so you know, duh. (more…) Britney Spears’ meltdown last night began after Kevin Federline’s bodyguard came to her Beverly Hills home to pick up her two children. Britney reportedly locked herself in her bathroom with her sons, and refused to allow anyone to come in, and wouldn’t let the bodyguard take the kids. The police were called a short time later. A source claimed Britney was “hysterical,” because she wanted to keep the children overnight. Britney is still held at Cedars-Sinai Hospital as a “special needs patient,” and will remain under lockdown for the next 72 hours. Meanwhile, Kevin’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is in a closed meeting with the LA commissioner and Britney’s attorney, Tara Scott. No word yet on decisions issued by the commish. Britney Spears is still at Cedar-Sinai Hospital in LA this morning. According to Us Weekly, the singer is being held under a “5150 hold,” meaning she’s considered a danger to herself and others. She’s listed as a “special needs” patient, which means “they have either overdosed or tried to commit suicide. So we go stay with these patients and monitor them constantly. We watch them so they don’t hurt themselves and watch the people who come visit them to make sure they don’t pass anything to them.” Sources told TMZ that Britney’s breakdown last night did not involve drugs, but instead her mental state deteriorated to the point where she was a danger to everyone around her. Britney’s youngest son, Jayden James, was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance as well, but was released to his father, Kevin Federline, around 4am. Britney reportedly went “completely psycho” while being rushed to the hospital.
Kevin’s attorney is scheduled to meet with the Los Angeles Commissioner Scott Gordon in a few hours, and is expected to ask the commissioner to strip Britney of all parental rights, at least for the time being. |
