This week Travis Barker and DJ AM were able to start moving on from their September 20 plane crash. Doctors released Travis from an Augusta, GA hospital, where he spent the past nine days following the deadly Learjet crash in South Carolina.

“Travis Barker was discharged from the Joseph M. Still Burn Center at Doctors Hospital this morning,” spokesperson Beth Frits told Us Monday afternoon. “He left in good condition.”

Despite burns on his torso and lower body, Barker has been “trying to stay upbeat,” his pal Bill Nosal recently told the Associated Press.

Travis, still clearly traumatized from the crash, is headed to LA via bus.

“He’s on a bus headed to L.A.” the source tells People. “Trust me, he will never fly again… ever.”

Meanwhile, DJ AM, real name Adam Goldstein, attended a memorial service in LA for Chris Baker, who died in the crash.

DJ AM arrived in a limousine to pay respects to Baker, 29. More than 300 people turned out to honor Baker, and many friends stood up to share their memories of him at the memorial service, which lasted two hours.

Baker was a close friend and assistant to Barker. “He was his right-hand man,” actor Simon Rex told People after the tragedy.

Baker is survived by his wife, Otillia Villar, and 2-year-old son, Sebastian.

Goldstein, dressed in a green polo shirt, followed Villar’s request that people wear green to honor her husband’s memory.

Best wishes to Travis and DJ AM in their recovery.

Amy Winehouse reportedly flipped her shit at the End of Summer Ball in London last week, and punched an unsuspecting back up dancer.

Following Amy’s performance at the $1400-a-plate event, a dancer named Sherene Flash said she asked for a photo with the singer. For reasons unknown, Amy responded by smacking Sherene, and then announced, “Life can’t go on. I can’t do this anymore.”

Cops were called to the ball where Amy performed, and took a statement from Sherene.

They are expected to quiz Amy, 25, later.

A pal said: “Sherene asked Amy if she could take a photo. Amy was OK at first, but when Sherene asked if a friend could get in the shot, Amy lashed out.”

A source said: “She was getting distressed. There was a lot of grabbing and flashbulbs were going off. She was startled.”

Amy is also alleged to have struck the official photographer for Thursday night’s event.

Friends reportedly surround Amy on a “twenty-four hour vigil,” because they are so worried about her crumbling state of mind.

One said: “No one wants to leave Amy on her own, she’s in a very fragile state at the moment. Her most loyal friends are terrified she is going to do something which she can’t overcome.

“She’s been to hell and back already but some fear she’s going to get worse before she gets better.”

Well, at least she’s still got her looks. Oh wait, no she doesn’t. Never mind.

Following Lindsay Lohan’s admission on Loveline that she has dated Samantha Ronson for “a very long time,” Lindsay’s rep stepped in and issued a denial.

“There was no confession,” Leslie Sloane-Zelnik tells TVGuide.com. So, Lindsay was merely copping to a close friendship with Ronson? “Yes,” says Zelnik.

It was Ronson who first spoke to Loveline to discuss her pals DJ AM and Travis Barker’s recent plane crash. She then handed the phone to Lohan.

After a bit more talk about the plane-crash tragedy, Stryker said to Lohan, “You guys, you and Samantha, have been going out for how long now?” As Lohan laughed at the query, Stryker offered, “Like two years, one year, five months, two months…?” Lohan responded, half-laughing, “A very long time.”

I have my fingers crossed for a Clay Aikend-esque cover of People with the tagline, “I’m Gay.”

Project Runways’ impending move to Lifetime from Bravo may not be too impending after all. A judge halted the move, and granted NBC Universal (who owned the rights to the reality show) a preliminary injunction that prevented it’s producers, Weinstein Company, from moving Project Runway from the NBCU-owned Bravo to Lifetime for it’s next season.

“NBC Universal is pleased that the court granted our motion for a preliminary injunction against the Weinstein Company,” the media powerhouse said in a statement.

“The overwhelming evidence demonstrated that the Weinstein Company violated NBC Universal’s right of first refusal to future cycles of Project Runway. After hearing all of the evidence, the court issued an order prohibiting the Weinstein Company from taking the show or any spinoff to Lifetime.”

“We are disappointed with the court’s decision to grant the preliminary injunction against the Weinstein Company.,” Lifetime said in response to the ruling.

“It’s unfortunate that the people hurt most by this ongoing dispute are the loyal fans of Project Runway. In the meantime, Lifetime will pursue all measures to uphold its valid and binding agreement reached with the Weinstein Company for Season 6 of Project Runway.”

The brothers Weinstein, who have stood by the legitimacy of their actions, said in a statement that they will “obviously” appeal the ruling.

At the moment, Project Runway’s sixth season is slated to debut on Lifetime in January.

We have our first peek at Katie Holmes in her guest-starring role on “Eli Stone.” Katie plays a non-profit attorney who, in some sort of “Ally McBeal” twist,” does a song and dance routine.
