Britney learned this the hard way last night onstage in Tampa, FL, when she uttered, “My pussy is hanging out of my fucking thing,” live onstage in front of thousands of under-aged fans.

Despite the fact that her birthday was last month and she’s already thrown herself a handful of parties to celebrate the occasion, Paris Hilton and her ridiculous face showed up for yet another 28th birthday party.

Along with new boyfriend Doug Reinhardt, Paris attended a birthday bash for herself, thrown by the Body English nightclub in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

Paris reportedly tortured the crowd by singing one of her shit-tastic songs, and later, Doug forced them to have a “Happy Birthday to Paris” sing-a-long.

Lindsay Lohan will release her own spray tanning line next week. “Sevin Nyne” (I have no clue what that means) will be available at Sephora stores on April 15.

Lindsay released the above promotional photo to pimp out the line this week. I don’t knowwho that broad is with her in the picture, but she isn’t very orange.

Kevin Federline joined Britney Spears and their two sons on her US “Circus” tour, but Kevin’s new girl isn’t concerned about cheating. Victoria Prince told Radar Online she’s happy Kevin and Britney are compromising for their sake of their children.

“Sure, it’s hard being apart but I don’t feel threatened by Britney. I’m a confident woman too!

“I think it’s great that Kevin and Britney are working together for their sons.”

While Federline watches over Preston and Jayden as Spears performs from city to city, Prince remains at his Tarzana home and is staying mum about whether she will eventually join him on tour.

“Everything is good between us and everybody is trying to make the best of the situation,” Prince added with a smile. “At the end of the day, the boys’ needs are being met with this arrangement.”

According to TMZ, Chris Brown would like to cop a plea with the Los Angeles district attorney handling his assault case. Chris reportedly told his attorneys he would plead guilty to a misdemeanor, with a promise of no jail time. Sadly, Chris might just get the deal.

We’re told Brown’s people have consulted with outside legal eagles — including law school professors — who have said Rihanna’s own aggressiveness takes it out of the felony category. Sources say Rihanna was the first one to strike — slapping and striking Brown “numerous times” while he was driving, after seeing the text message from another woman. And Rihanna was fighting Brown as he punched and hurt her. We’re told much of this is reflected in the official police report based on what Rihanna told cops. As a result, they say, this is not a case that demands a felony plea.

On the other side, there are plenty of cases in which the woman engages the man in a fight but the jury convicts the male because it was an unfair fight and the man could have walked away. The photographs of Rihanna — the most graphic of which have not been seen by the public — demonstrate Brown’s superior strength. Add to that the fact that Brown had no significant injuries and it presents problems for him.

Perhaps worse for Brown, sources tell TMZ Rihanna told cops he had beaten her before and the violence had been escalating.

When Chris isn’t busy beating on his broad, he’s busy burning bridges with his friends. Sources claimed Sean “Diddy” Combs was infuriated that Chris duped him into letting him stay at Diddy’s Miami mansion.

“Chris called and said he needed to crash at Diddy’s house while he was recording. He said it would just be him and his mom.” In fact, Brown, who just got charged with two felonies for allegedly beating up Rihanna the night of the Grammys, brought her down and called the photographers. “Chris is a dog,” another spy said. “He’s always been so critical and nasty to Rihanna, making fun of her accent.”

For the second time in a year, Sarah Silverman and long-time boyfriend Jimmy Kimmel broke up. Jimmy ended their six year relationship back in July, but the couple quickly got back together. Two weeks ago, however, Sarah decided to call things off.

“Sarah initiated the split this time,” the source tells Us. “He’s bummed.”

“He’s really blue — very down,” another source tells Us. “Seems like it’s over for good this time. He’s sad because he just bought a new place and now has nobody to share it with.”

Sarah always seemed a bit out of Jimmy’s league, so maybe this was for the best or whatev.
