Paris Hilton promoted her new line of sunglasses at the Javits Center in NYC this week. Although she didn’t bother to cover up her wonk with her own line of eyewear, Paris told the press she was very involved in the design and production of the Paris Hilton Sunglasses Collection.

“It’s no secret that I adore sunglasses, and I am excited to finally have a collection of my own. We all want options on what to wear given our own personal style, so introducing sunglasses that give people stylish choices and unique features is really important to me,” said Ms. Hilton. “Everyone’s taste is different, but I’m convinced that anyone can enhance their look with the right sunglasses. It’s all about fashion and having fun with your look.”

The line will be available at select stores (aka select street corners around Chinatown) in the fall. Paris said she will eventually follow up the line with lens wraps, covers, and visor clips.

In an interview with Vanity Fair, Gisele Bundchen discussed her new life with husband Tom Brady and stepson John Edward Thomas Moynahan. Gisele and Tom hooked up two months after he left long-time girlfriend Bridget Moynahan. Just a few weeks later, Bridget announced she was pregnant with Tom’s child.

Gisele said Bridget’s pregnancy was “definitely a surprise” for herself and Tom, but she decided to stick it out with the Patriots quarterback.

“In the beginning you’re living this romantic fantasy; you’re thinking, ‘This can’t be true, it’s so good! And then, Whoops—wake-up call!’” she says.

But standing by Brady as they figured things out “was a blessing, because otherwise I don’t think I would have known what he was made of, and he wouldn’t have known what I was made of.”

“I was like, You have the heart in a good place!” she says. “It made me feel more in love with him; it made me realize who he was.

“He’s very close to his family. He’s Catholic. His parents have been married 40 years. He’s got a pure heart. That’s all that matters: he’s got the purest heart. I feel grateful because I have a lot of love in my life. I found the person I’m sharing my life with. I have a good man.”

Gisele gushed about “Johnny,” saying she one and half year old boy is just as much hers as he is Bridget’s son.

“I understand that he has a mom, and I respect that, but to me it’s not like because somebody else delivered him, that’s not my child. I feel it is, 100 percent. I want him to have a great relationship with his mom, because that’s important, but I love him the same way as if he were mine.”

Gisele and Tom married in a private ceremony in LA on February 26. Several media sources reported the couple has plans to have a larger ceremony this Friday in Costa Rica.

Katie Price left her family behind in LA to fly to her native UK to celebrate British Mother’s Day. The glamor model, who is all lady, spent the holiday getting ‘faced in Brighton, while her three children stayed in the States with dad Peter Andre.

A photographer snapped Katie face down at her table just before 6am on Mother’s Day.

The model, who now writes her own children’s books, spent the Saturday night partying with three friends at the Oceana nightclub where they downed champagne and cocktails.

At one point she climbed into the DJ booth and began slurring down the microphone, “Hello Brighton! I love you all, this is my hometown and I love it here!”

At 4am, the group left looking bleary-eyed and headed to 24-hour seafront cafe, Buddies, to continue the festivities.

Customers looked on in shock as she reportedly began throwing food at her friends.

An onlooker said: “She looked totally out of it. She could barely stand up when she was in the cafe. By the very end, she had stopped drinking and asked the waiter to bring her a hot chocolate.

“She left some money for a tip but it was literally about 10p, despite being a millionaire. She would have had a huge hangover on Mother’s Day and I imagine spent a lot of time recovering in bed.”

Clearly, bystanders in Brighton are much more civilized than we are here, because you best believe we would have snatched off homegirl’s jewelery, and left her to drown in her own vomit. GO USA!

After what seemed like an endless pregnancy, Alyson Hannigan gave birth to a daughter on March 24 in LA. Alyson and husband Alexis Denisof named their first child Satyana Denisof.

A rep for the couple said the baby was born on Alyson’s 35th birthday, and is doing well.

“They’re very excited, and mom and baby are doing great,” says the rep.

Alyson and her actor husband hooked up on the set of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” in 1999. They married in 2003.

While working the press line at the Kid’s Choice Awards on Sunday, Pete Wentz addressed recent marriage problem rumors. Friends blabbed to Page Six that Pete and wife Ashlee Simpson “are on the rocks,” because he leaves her at home with their newborn son, Bronx.

“I laugh out loud at them. I laugh at all of that stuff. It’s like if someone wrote on the Internet that John McCain was our president right now. It’s just not true.”

Wow, awesome analogy.

Regardless, Ashlee won’t be the one at home watching the kiddo for much longer: she scored a gig on the CW’s “Melrose Place” remake. Pete claimed he’s totally excited to see his wife in action on the show.

“I’m excited to watch. She’s a good actor. I think it will be awesome. I told her that I hope she gets to play the bitch.”

Did you catch Ashlee during her stint on “Seventh Heaven?” It was fabulously awful. I can’t wait for “Melrose Place.”
