For the second time, Sean Penn withdrew his divorce petition from his wife of thirteen years, Robin Wright Penn. The actor filed for legal separation last month, but canceled the request this week, claiming the separation petition was “an arrogant mistake.”

Sean made the same arrogant mistake in December 2007 when he filed for divorce. In April 2008, Sean had a change of heart, and requested the paperwork be canceled.

During his short separations from Robin, Sean has been linked to Petra Nemcova and Natalie Portman.

Ed Westwick also attended CW’s Upfront presentation on Thursday, and I probably wouldn’t have noticed him had it not been for his muddy skin tone. Although it looks like Ed got stuck in a Mystic Tan booth for a few hours, his rep claimed the tan was the real deal from a recent vacay in Arizona.

Whatev. I’m not giving up on the fantasy that Ed is filming a remake of C. Thomas Howell’s “Soul Man.”

Tyra Banks attended CW’s upfront presentation in NYC, and she was all forehead and jumpsuit.

Regarding CW’s schedule for 2009/2010, everything essentially stayed the same, except with the Tuesday night addition of the “Melrose Place” remake starring Ashlee Simpson:
