Following his bizarro email rant, Pat O’Brian is leaving “The Insider.” Of course, Pat wasn’t allowed to release his own statement regarding his departure from the entertainment show.
“Pat O’Brien is a talented broadcaster who has been a part of The Insider family from the very beginning,” says a spokesperson for the show. “Although we have decided to part ways, everyone at CBS Television Distribution and The Insider greatly appreciate and respect all his contributions to our show. We wish Pat much success in his future endeavors.”
No reason was given for the move, but I’m guessing it had something to do with the fact that he emailed everyone at the show and claimed his co-anchor Lara Spencer made viewers want to “barf.”

Well, at least he has more time for coke and hookers now. Of course with being unemployed in this economy, he might have to settle for meth and groping unsuspecting women on the subway.

It’s great that he is standing up and saying that he will not have a part in the unimportant things that the show discusses. There are so much going on in this world to be concerned with who wears what, what one is driving or was caught doing. All this frivolous stuff does not do anything for anyone. Lara Spencer could do more with her self than to sell her self short by doing work that is not beneficial. I am so glad more and more Americans are realizing that there are more important things to life than the vain things that what American emphasize to be important.
