The Los Angeles district attorney declined to press charges on Shia LaBeouf for his DUI case from July. The D.A. rejected the case due to “insufficient evidence.”

On July 27, LA police arrested for suspicion of DUI Shia after he collided with another car at an intersection.

Although he escaped DUI charges, TMZ reported that Shia “will almost certainly have his license suspended because he refused to submit to a blood alcohol test.” The DMV hearing regarding Shia’s license is scheduled for later today.
