The Los Angeles District Attorney declined to press charges against Kanye West for his paparazzi smack-down at LAX earlier this month.

A still photographer was trying to take photos of the rapper at the American Airlines terminal when he confronted the photographer and smashed his camera to the ground.

According to TMZ, the case has been sent to the L.A. City Attorney for possible misdemeanor prosecution.

When a TMZ photographer then began videotaping the scene, West’s manager, Don Crowley, grabbed the camera and a struggle ensued, according to TMZ.

Crowley, who was also arrested, then threw the video camera to the ground, breaking it.

TMZ reported that when West realized the photographer had videotaped the incident, he yelled, “Gimme that f—-g tape!”

Afterwards, West tried to board his flight, but was stopped by police before reaching security, TMZ.com reported.

Let the countdown begin for his next slap-happy freak out.
