The Daily Mail published photos of the moment police arrested Heather Locklear on suspicion of driving under the influence. Onlookers in Santa Barbara notified police on Saturday afternoon after they witnessed Heather driving “erratically” and acting like a crazy person.

Police on the scene forced Heather to perform various sobriety tests, which she apparently failed. She was later charged with driving under the influence of prescription medication, and released on bail.
