During an interview on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, Paris Hilton offered support for friend DJ AM, in the wake of his recent Learjet crash. Paris said she and sister Nicky Hilton have texted DJ AM since the September 20 tragedy.
“I love him,” she said Tuesday.
As for his recovery process, “We didn’t talk about that,” Hilton said. “I just said, ‘I wish you the best.’” But she said the DJ, whose real name is Adam Goldstein, did say “how scary” the crash was and that “he’s just so lucky to be alive.”
Since his release, she said Goldstein is in good spirits.
“With all the love and support coming in, it really means a lot,” Hilton said of her friend. “He’s such a good person. I feel like God really did save him.”
“I was … just landing in from Milan. I was sitting with my manager, and he showed me the phone. I couldn’t believe it,” she said. “It’s so scary.”
Sometimes, Hilton said she has flown “in that type of plane, but now I will never go in one again. You never know what can happen!”
Paris dated the other survivor in the crash, Travis Barker, for a brief time in 2006, but oddly, Paris didn’t mention Travis during the interview on Tuesday.

No one cares what Paris thinks or says. When will this woman get over herself. Ryan Seacrest is becoming another joke in Hollywood.

I’d like to know why anyone would ask Paris what she thinks about anything? I mean, it’s not like she actually does think you know?
