Paris Hilton glammed it up for paparazzi outside her hotel in London yesterday. The heiress is currently working on the UK version of MTV reality show “Paris Hilton is My New BFF.”

Slightly OT, but when did Paris turn into Kathy Hilton? Homegirl is only 27, but lately she’s been looking like a carbon copy of her mother, with a bit more wonk in the eye.
