Madonna and Guy Ritchie reportedly reached a quick divorce settlement. According to The Sun, Guy will receive assets totaling around $60 million in exchange for his eight years of marriage to Madonna. 

The director scored a 1,200 country estate in the UK, a cash settlement, and a London pub called “The Punchbowl,” which the former couple bought in February 2008.

Madonna, meanwhile, will keep her Los Angeles and New York homes, as well as the bulk of her $300 million fortune.

“The negotiations were relatively painless,” The Sun quoted a source as saying. “Guy knew what he wanted and Madonna knew what she was keen to keep. There was a spell when Guy was in a mood to dig his heels in, but he decided this arrangement seemed reasonable and a long battle over money would make life unbearable.”

Madonna and Guy have yet to hammer out a custody agreement over their three children, Lourdes (Madonna’s daughter with Carlos Leon,)  twelve, Rocco, eight, and David, three.
