20 year underwear model Justin Gaston might be into posing for photo-ops with Miley Cyrus and her older sister at Wal-Mart, but he said he’s not trying to take the friendship any further with the 15 year old Disney star. When asked about their relationship, Justin described Miley as a “family friend.”

“Oh, just family friend, you know,” Justin told Access Hollywood’s guest correspondent Maureen McCormick at The 42nd Annual CMA Awards Wednesday night.

“I met Billy Ray on the show and just became friends with the whole family. And they’re such a great family,” Justin continued. “I moved [to LA] two years ago and started a modeling career and that’s kind of just to break into the music business and everything.”

This might come as news to Miley, who was photographed wagging her tongue at Justin as he walked the runway for Christian Audigier last month. Sources at the show claimed they were “were all over each other backstage.”
