Via his Facebook page, 18 year old model Luke Worrall confirmed he is engaged to Kelly Osbourne.

According to Britain’s The Daily Mail, he changed his online relationship status to “engaged to Kelly Osbourne.”

Osbourne has been dating Worrall for about six months.

This sounds like a terrific idea. All long-lasting marriages should somehow include a teenage model in the equation.
