Amy Winehouse’s estranged husband is back in prison again after failing a drug test. Authorities released Blake Fielder Civil on probation last month, and he agreed to check into a rehab facility to keep clean.

This week, Blake failed a drug test, and was sent back to prison to serve the rest of his sentence for assault and witness tampering. Blake admitted in the past to be addicted to crack and heroin.
