Aubrey O’Day arrived at a NSACAR party at NYC’s Marquee last week on the arm of a woman who bared a strong resemblance to Rachael Leigh Cook. The former Danity Kane singer later claimed the woman was her “girlfriend,” and declared herself and her dog as lesbians.

O’Day said she was making a statement against California’s Prop 8, which made gay marriage illegal. Not that she wants to marry her “girlfriend” if Prop 8 is ever overturned. “We don’t need a piece of paper to validate our relationship,” O’Day joked, adding that her dog, Ginger, was “also a lesbian.”

So who’s the biggest loser in the situation: the dog or Rachael Leigh Cook?
