Macaulay Culkin’s oldest sister was killed in Los Angeles yesterday. 29 year old Dakota Culkin reportedly stepped off a curb while walking on the west side of LA, and was struck by a car. She later died of her injuries at the UCLA Medical Center.

Macaulay’s rep issued the following statement:

“We can officially confirm that the victim is Dakota Culkin. This is a terrible tragic accident. We have no further comment at this time.”

The LAPD is currently investigating the incident, but no arrests have been made.
