Amy Winehouse took a break from her London rehab center to head to St. Lucia for a holiday vacation. Photographers snapped the singer as she frolicked (that’s the only word I could think of!) topless on the beach over the weekend.

Amy, who entered rehab last month after an alleged drug overdose, appeared to put on a few pounds since we saw her last.
