Socialite Casey Johnson has an unfortunate new haircut. According to Page Six, the John & Johnson heir got into a heated fight with ex-girlfriend Courtenay Semel, during which Courtenay allegedly beat her ass and then lit her hair on fire.

“Casey had a fight one night with her current girlfriend,” Lisa Marie Alvarez, a Los Angeles source, told Page Six. “Casey went to Courtenay’s house, and Courtenay proceeded to beat the crap out of her, and then she lit her hair on fire. Casey had to be hospitalized.” Casey’s mother, Sale Johnson, reportedly flew to LA and consulted with lawyer Robert Shapiro.

Courtenay, who once dated Lindsay Lohan and Tila Tequila, denied she injured Casey.

“There was a fight,” Courtenay said. “But this is a major exaggeration. We are speaking. We are friends.”

Casey has yet to comment on the incident.
