On the heels of her arrest for assault, Kelly Osbourne checked into an Oregon rehab clinic. Kelly, who checked into Malibu’s Promises in 2004 for a prescription pill addiction, will spend thirty days at the Hazelden Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation Clinic in Newburg, OR.

Kelly’s mother, Sharon Osbourne, confirmed her daughter entered treatment on January 21, just a couple days after her arrest.

“Yeah, Kelly’s in rehab,” Sharon confirmed to RadarOnline.com. “What else can we say? She knew that it was the right thing to do at this point and we’re proud that she did it. The family is all standing behind her. Kelly knew that she needed help and she’s getting it.

“Kelly will tell you herself when she gets out,” Sharon said. “We just pray that everything’s going to be okay.”

“Kelly realized she had a problem and made the decision to go back for treatment,” an insider tells Star. “Her life was spiraling out of control and she needed help.”

Kelly is expected back in a UK court next March to answer to charges that she slapped a reporter for calling her boyfriend, Luke Worrall, dumb.
