While Amy Winehouse continues to declare her love for jailed husband Blake Fielder-Civil, he continues to seek a divorce. Blake’s mother claimed he wants no contact with the singer, and intends to use a love letter she wrote to him in court. The letter will reportedly show Amy’s agreement to give Blake half of her $15 million fortune.

“Blake doesn’t want a reconciliation with Amy now,” Georgette Civil tells People, confirming a report in the British press that her son may use the letter to demonstrate how important he has been to Winehouse’s career. According to British newspaper News of the World,  Winehouse, 25, promises in it that she will write new albums especially for Fielder-Civil, 26.

Fielder-Civil’s mother confirmed the authenticity of the love letter to People. “It was not designed to be used in the divorce,” she says. “We’ve done a lot of soul searching. She did love Blake very much. It is a shame he is no longer in love with her, but it shows how important Blake was to Amy.”

News of the World published parts of the love letter, in which Amy bragged she spent over $5,000 on Agent Provocateur lingerie to wear for him when he gets out of jail.

Despite the love letter, Amy reportedly moved into a villa this week in St. Lucia with a fitness trainer named Andrew.
