Katy Perry filmed the video for her single “Waking Up in Las Vegas” in Vegas this week. The video stars Joel Moore as Katy’s love interest. Joel previously played Paris Hilton’s love interest in the cinematic masterpiece “The Hottie and the Nottie.”
