What’s the logical thing to do when you hear there’s a warrant out for your arrest? Twitter about that shit, obvs. The Beverly Hills Police Department issued a statement on Saturday saying they issued a warrant for Lindsay Lohan due to non-compliance on the terms of her parole. Rather than turning herself over to authorities, Lindsay logged into her Twitter account, and vomited up some nonsensical, Courtney Love-type shit.

So what is she blabbering about? Sources claimed Lindsay violated her parole when she drove to Las Vegas last week to surprise girlfriend Samantha Ronson, who was DJ’ing at a nightclub.

According to the source, Lohan drove herself to Vegas, following girlfriend Samantha Ronson to one of her DJ gigs, and was photographed partying. However, the star is on a restricted driver’s license and is only supposed to be driving for work, the source added.

Such a drive could constitute a violation of Lohan’s parole.

A hearing on the case will be held today at 8:30am. It’s still unclear if Lindsay will show up, as she is currently hiding inside Sam’s house, refusing to open the front door for police officers.
