After spending one month back home in London, Amy Winehouse hopped on a flight headed back to her beloved St. Lucia this week. The singer spent a rough-and-tumble seventy-one days on the island this year, and clearly couldn’t get enough.
Amy told friends she will work while in St Lucia, recording a follow-up to 2006’s amazing “Back to Black” with producer Salaam Remi. Sources claimed the pair hope to release the new disc by the end of the year.
When she isn’t recording, Amy has plans to look for a second home in St. Lucia.
