Lisa Rinna is making her second appearance in Playboy at the ripe old age of 45. In 1998, Lisa posed nude for the magazine while six months pregnant with her first child, Delilah Belle. For the May 2009 issue, Lisa is thankfully not knocked up, she’s just really, really old.

She says, “I want to encourage other women to be proud of their bodies no matter what age or size. After doing ‘Dancing With the Stars,’ I definitely have a better body now than I did 11 years ago.”

Husband Harry Hamlin has also given the shoot the thumbs up: “Lisa looks absolutely great, and I am happy other people will be able to see her on the cover of Playboy. … These artful photos of Lisa will blow you away.”
