British actress and model Lucy Gordon was found dead in her Paris apartment yesterday morning. Police said it appeared Lucy hung herself while her boyfriend slept in another room. Tomorrow would have been her twenty-ninth birthday.
Speaking at the family home in Oxford, her father, Richard Gordon, said today: “We have always been immensely proud of her and her achievements. We love her so much.
“She was called Lucy and she has lived up to that: she has been the light of our lives, me and my wife Sue, and daughter Katie.
“She was a lovely, generous, unselfish person who gave her all for others and thought of others before herself… She has been the most beautiful daughter. We are obviously devastated.”
Lucy’s acting career had just started to take off: she acted alongside Heath Ledger in 2004’s “Four Feathers,” and played a reporter in “Spiderman 3.” She recently completed filming a Serge Gainsbourg biopic in which she played his lover, Jane Birkin.

i seriously doubt that it was suicide. it sounds to me more like another rape gone bad by the rich and privileged. these privileged kids and there anxiety attacks … disgusting little buggers.
