For the second time, Sean Penn withdrew his divorce petition from his wife of thirteen years, Robin Wright Penn. The actor filed for legal separation last month, but canceled the request this week, claiming the separation petition was “an arrogant mistake.”

Sean made the same arrogant mistake in December 2007 when he filed for divorce. In April 2008, Sean had a change of heart, and requested the paperwork be canceled.

During his short separations from Robin, Sean has been linked to Petra Nemcova and Natalie Portman.
