The quest to keep Britney Spears busy continues. According to People Magazine, the singer will return to the CBS sitcom “How I Met Your Mother” for another guest appearance.
“The show is ecstatic and so is Britney,” a source said. “She had so much fun the first time around she really wanted to come back. It was a mutual decision to work together more.”
Spears, 26, appeared on the March 24 episode, playing a receptionist at a dermatologist’s office who fell for one of the show’s main characters, played by Josh Radnor. She received wide accolades for the spot.
“She was hilarious in the table-read, and I got to see her do the run-through as well, and she was great,” cast member Jason Segel said.
Is what Britney’s career has been reduced to? Random guest appearances on sitcoms no one watches?

I don’t watch it, never have and to me, this just smacks of “jumping the shark”
She’s going to be the end of that show.

She’s lucky she has this after doing things that would land most people in prison for the criminally insane.
(I have never seen this big whack attack of a show, nor do I ever intend to do so.)

Atleast she’s still landing good gigs. Maybe the routine of regular work will rub off and she’ll get back to sorting her life out. Good Luck Brit!
