“Gossip Girl” returns to the CW tonight, but first, the show’s stars appear on a splashy cover of New York Magazine, with the headline, ”Best.Show.Ever.” To that I say, “Umkay.”

I’m sure it is the best show that has ever been on the CW, considering that one of their (now cancelled) shows this past season was a series that showed internet videos.

Have a reality check, RubberSoul. What do you know about good ANYTHING?

Actually I was talking about “Online Nation”–”Quarterlife” was on NBC. Online Nation’s premiere was possibly the worst ever in broadcast history…only 994,000 viewers but they kept it on for seven weeks before pulling the plug, probably because the alternative was dead air (which might have been preferable).
