Lily Allen celebrated her 23rd birthday last night at London’s Groucho Club. Tubby boyfriend James Cordon was on hand as the paparazzi presented Lily with a cake for her birthday, which she promptly threw at them. After partying inside the club for a bit, toasted Lily stumbled outside and tried to kick photographers.
