Why is Ryan Adams Touching Mandy Moore?

Brassy-haired Ryan Adams (seriously, homeboy, get some toner) felt up Mandy Moore during a shopping trip to a comic book store and a vintage guitar shop. I would have called the authorities, but she didn’t seem to mind Ryan’s paws on her, so I guess they’re a couple or something.

    I was gonna say Ryan Adams could do better…like MUCH better (and he has, actually). He’ll just bone her for a month or two and move on.
