Lily Allen surprised paparazzi in the French Riviera this week by doing some topless sunbathing. The singer checked in at the Hotel du Cap Eden-Roc, which sits on the tip of the Cap d’Antibes on the French Riviera between Cannes and Nice, for the Cannes Film Festival, and immediately headed out to the hotel’s famous cliffs.
