Club owner John Englebert would like to soften the blow of the recent lawsuit brought against Lindsay Lohan. Englebert, the owner of NYC’s Suzie Wong’s, offered to give Lindsay a new mink coat and pay to settle the suit brought against her by Masha Markova, who claimed Lindsay walked off with her mink coat at party earlier this year.
Englebert would apparently like to reward Lindsay for being a douchebag who takes shit without permission, but Lindsay’s rep said she will take a pass on his offer.
Lohan’s rep dismissed Englebert’s offer: “She already has one,” said Leslie Sloane Zelnik. Englebert said, “If [Lohan] took it, she took it by mistake. There are worse mistakes to make.” The Post published photos two weeks ago that showed Lohan walking out of club 1Oak with the fur coat of Masha Markova. “When I looked at [Lohan] in that jacket she looked like a young Marilyn Monroe. If she wanted that jacket, I’ll buy it for her and pay court fees,” Englebert said.
“She already has one…” Oh really? Who did she steal it from?

What an epic douche. Way to teach celebrities that, no matter what kind of bullshit they pull, there will always be someone there willing to bail them out because they’re famous.
And she did NOT look like Marilyn Monroe in that coat. She barely looked like Marilyn Monroe in the pictures she did where she was TRYING to look like her.

^^SO true! She looked liked a 40something oompa loompa doing Monroe drag at BEST in those pics. The sad part is that’s the best she can do- recycling old sh!t into something watered down and weak.
