Good news from Madonna: a judge approved her adoption of two year old David Banda from Malawi. Madonna’s rep said the singer is “over the moon,” and relieved the process is finally over.
The High Court in the Malawi capital Lilongwe granted the singer, 49, permanent adoption order for the 2-year-old toddler on Wednesday. In his one-hour ruling, Justice Andrew Nyirenda said he is satisfied that Madonna and her British filmmaker husband Guy Ritchie “are perfect parents” for the toddler.
“I have examined the two reports by the guardian and I am satisfied David has found a good home,” he said.
In addition, David’s biological father, Yohane Banda, forfeited all parental rights to the toddler.
Hopefully, Madonna now has time to work on her marriage to Guy Ritchie…

I hate Madonna for adopting this kid. (and the fact that her new album SUCKS) but you know she’s jealous that Angelina is waaay more ‘worldly’ than she is. what a fake.

Marriage? You mean the Madonna-claps-Guy-jumps arrangement they have? I think she has it down perfectly. Guy’s the one who’s forgetting that Madonna is the center of the universe.

Yeah, poor David just seems like a publicity ploy to me.
And if Madonna doesn’t treat Guy right, I’d be happy to take over for her ;).
