After photos hit the internet showing Christina Aguilera getting down at Las Vegas’ Pure Nightclub last weekend, the singer felt the need to defend herself. Although she’s the mother of five month old son Max Liron, Christina said she deserves a night out with her husband, Jordan Bratman.
“Once in a while, if I want to go out and have a mommy-daddy night with my husband, I am more than allowed to do that,”
“I spend all day with my son,” Aguilera said, adding that any criticism of her late-night outings with husband Jordan Bratman is downright “mean spirited.”
“Everybody has an opinion and everybody sometimes wants to cause drama,” she said. “But it’s something that comes with what you do and I learned that very early on.”
I’m still unsure as to why she was lifting her leg up in that top photo, like she was about the piss on the crowd below her.

Just because you have kids doesn’t mean you can’t have fun. She shouldn’t be on the defensive. It looks like she is just having a good time.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure she’s able to have a night away from the baby. It’s not like she’s out every night like other “mom’s”.

First of all Mrs Bratman, any normal regular down to earth women would under no circumstances leave their 5 month old baby at home to go out and I must say this alibi of her and Jordan only going out once because they needed to is greatly exaggerated as rumors are she has been out everyday for a week. Yes you spend all day with your son but to really experiance motherhood she should try it without a nanny and without the cocktails and promiscuous dancing!

Sandra, I know plenty of “down to earth” women who, you know, actually go on to have lives outside of their babies once they are born. You really expect the woman to not go out at night for FIVE MONTHS??

agreed kristie. theres a big difference between going out once in a while and being a neglecting alcoholic whoreish excuse for a mother. Being a mom is hard work and we all deserve to let our hair down once in a while and have fun. it certainly doesn’t make someone a bad mom!

Yeah definitely. Just because she’s a Mom now doesn’t mean she has to stay home and turn into an old hag. Thats the mistake a lot of women make. Also she’s out with her husband, I mean really what is wrong with that??? Also she would look so much sexier if she dropped the greasy fake tan.
