Random Nicole Richie Appearance

Nicole Richie and baby-daddy Joel Madden attended the Time for Heroes Celebrity Carnival. Disney puts together the annual carnival to benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.

This year’s event was held at the Wadsworth Theater on June 8, 2008 in Los Angeles, and was attended by celebs including Lance Bass, Lauren Conrad, Mischa Barton, Rumer Willis, and Denise Richards.
