Seriously, it is. A few years ago, she looked like a human body with a beach ball attached at the shoulders. So, with all things considered, Kelly is looking great nowadays.
Photographers snapped the now-smaller-headed Osbourne daughter shopping in the posh Maide Vale section of London (hi, MS05!) earlier this week, perhaps buying a hat, now that hats can actually fit on her head.

She looks just like her dad did when he was younger. I was watching a Black Sabbath video (yeah, my son is into old metal music at 5 years old) and all I kept thinking when they showed him was “OMG that looks just like Kelly”.
And now, she looks even more like him with less chin action going on.

She’s looked far worse, for sure. All she needs is a jowl reduction and she might be cute.
