People Magazine confirmed today that Heather Locklear voluntarily checked herself into a psychological treatment facility in Arizona. Heather’s rep claimed she is seeking treatment for anxiety and depression.
“Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment,” says Locklear’s rep, Cece Yorke. “This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released.”
Heather’s doctor called 911 last March to report that the actress was suicidal, although Heather later denied the doctor’s story.

I blame it on Jack Wagner. She wasn’t crazy like this when she was with Tommy Lee or Richie Sambora. Or, maybe she was, and them being who they were, nobody noticed her crazy next to them and now, someone normal is with her. hmmmmm.
