The commissioner overseeing Britney Spears’ custody hearings felt the singer is now sane enough to be granted overnight visits with her two sons. Britney’s overnight privileges were yanked earlier this year after she barricaded herself and son Jayden in a bathroom, forcing police to break in and snatch up the kiddo.

A closed-door hearing Tuesday, attended by Spears and her ex, Kevin Federline, also saw the return of Spears’s first divorce lawyer, Laura Wasser, who has officially replaced Stacy Phillips.

L.A. Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini confirmed that Spears’s parenting coach attended the hearing and made statements to the court, and that Spears’s demeanor before the commissioner was “businesslike.”

“I think any judge is pleased to see progress being made by parties in a case,” Parachini added.

Details of the hearing’s outcome were not announced. But a source confirms for People that Spears will now be allowed to have her sons Preston, 2 1/2, and Jayden, 1 1/2, with her overnight.

Britney and Kfed will face off for another custody hearing July 15.

Does she have to have someone from the court there with her overnight or is her dad good enough for them? I’m still not trusting this one. I think her family is trying to make her look sane so that she can get the kids back and they can run away with them or something.
