I guess Courtney Love decided to take her crazy-lady-in-ballet-slippers title back from Amy Winehouse. The former Hole singer was in crazy full-effect in Malibu over the weekend, and even caught a ride in a shopping cart. Her fella pushed her along as she grabbed at her paw, cigarette in hand.

HAHAHAHAAAA, I made my husband push me around in a shopping cart a couple months ago. But I was drunk and it was at night. I had bruises for a good week, tho!
