Thanks to a ruling by a commissioner overseeing her custody case, Britney Spears was allowed to have an overnight visit with her sons last weekend.
Sean Preston, 2 1/2, and Jayden James, 1 1/2, arrived on Saturday afternoon to enjoyed their first overnight visit with their mother since her hospitalization last January. Kevin Federline’s bodyguard picked the boys up the following morning around 10am without incident.
Now that Britney has her kiddos in her life in a more permanent sense, she started house-hunting for a more child-friendly home. Acting as her co-conservator, Britney’s father, Jamie Spears, filed a request with the Los Angeles court system to be allowed to sell her Beverly Hills home, so he can help her find “a lower density, more quiet and less trafficked neighborhood.”
The singer would like a home “more accessible to parks and recreation areas” for her children.
The sale of her L.A. home would be in “the best interest of [Spears], her Estate and her minor children,” the document says.
Earlier this month, Spears was granted permission to sell the six-bedroom home. At the time, mom Lynne told the court that her daughter “intends to return to Louisiana,” her home state.
In other Britney news, she will face off with Kevin for a custody trial starting in August. Britney intends to challenge a ruling that gave Kevin primary custody of their children. Kevin, meanwhile, would like to keep the custody arrangement as is.

If she wants some quiet, she should go to a Dr. and get rid of the voices in her damn head.
