Amy Winehouse’s blabby father gave another interview in which he predicted the early demise of his daughter. Mitch Winehouse said on Saturday that he fears Amy will die “a very slow and painful death.” Geez, dad, creepy much?
“She won’t die of a drug overdose, it won’t be that quick,” he told Sky News television Saturday, according to BBC News. “She would die, unfortunately, of emphysema. That would be the most likely scenario if she didn’t check her behavior, which she is doing.”
He added that her incarcerated husband Blake Fielder-Civil should check into rehab when he gets out of prison.
“If he comes out and they go back to doing what they were doing before, she’s going to have a serious health problem,” he said.
“He’s a fit young man, he could probably carry on like this for the rest of his life. Amy can’t and he has to understand that,” Mitch added.
Mitch claimed Amy will take a break from performing in September to record the follow up to Back to Black. I’ll believe it when I see it.

No she’s not going to die a slow, painful death. She’s going to OD and die with a bunch of moochers ransacking her home as she inhales her vomit. Oh, and you enabling father, you’ll get all her money. I always wondered why she wasn’t forced into rehab. No money in that cab driving daddy. Pig.

I strongly suspect that Amy Winehouse is HIV+. There have been hints to this effect on various blogs, and she certainly is acting like someone who no longer cares whether she lives or dies. She is destroying her health and talent (i.e. her voice) by ingesting enormous amounts of drugs and alcohol… a terrible waste of talent and energy.
