New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez met up with his estranged wife and daughter in Toronto over the weekend. Cynthia Rodriguez filed for divorce from A-Rod over his alleged love affair with Madonna, but gave him a chance to see his oldest daughter, Natasha, on Friday before his game against the Toronto Blue Jays on Saturday.
On Monday, Cynthia filed for divorce, just six days after Us Weekly broke the news that A-Rod was making late night visits to Madonna’s apartment.
“Alex and Cynthia are going through really difficult times,” A-Rod’s attorney Alan Kluger tells Usmagazine.com. “All of their decisions are going to be based upon what’s in the best interest of their daughters.”
A source tells Usmagazine.com that 11-week-old daughter Ella is home with an ear infection.
“It’s not a great idea for [Ella] to fly,” says the source. “But the older daughter is in [Toronto] with him this weekend. She flew with her mom. They’re going to have a relationship for the rest of their lives.
Cynthia told the New York Post Thursday that her family is “devastated” by their split. She added that Natasha, 3, was asking for her father, saying, “I miss my daddy.”
A-Rod’s game against the Blue Jays on Saturday got a bit uncomfortable after Blue Jays fans flashed photos of Madonna at A-Rod during the third inning. The Yankees still managed to pull ahead in the game, beating the Blue Jays 9-4. The next evening, however, the Jays took it back and beat the Yankees 4-1.

Haha, I love those pictures of him looking at the pix of Madonna. That’s great.
I hope he goes into a slump because of this and that Spankees don’t win another game all season! Hahahahahahahaha!
