A new set of topless Sienna Miller photos hit the internet yesterday, and they were just as cheeky as the previous set. Photographers snapped Sienna on her hotel balcony in Italy with new boyfriend Balthazar Getty. Sienna walked around the open deck topless with nothing except a captain’s hat on her head.

While this seemed like quite a shocking sight for many (Balthazar is a married man with four children), Sienna’s friends claimed she began dating the actor a couple months ago, and they’re happy together. A source also alleged that Sienna did not break up Balthazar’s marriage, as he was already separated from his long-time wife, Rosetta.

Getty was introduced to Miller last summer by his “Brothers & Sisters” co-star Matthew Rhys, who happens to be Miller’s ex-boyfriend.

Getty and Miller hit it off as friends, but became much closer in the last three months. According to some, she used her past relationship with Rhys as a smokescreen for her romance with Getty, leading the press to believe she and Rhys were rekindling their affair.

In fact, she and Getty are said to have been living together in L.A. for over a month. Sources say he even rode his bike to meet her for dinner at one restaurant, lest they be seen together.

Despite the subterfuge, one friend of the couple tells us Getty’s marriage was on the rocks long before Sienna entered the picture.

“Sienna didn’t break up his marriage,” says the friend. “It’s been in trouble for a year. The truth is, they’ve quietly separated.”

Regardless of the separation, I’m going to stick to my theory that Sienna is a scandalous whore.
