Lindsay Lohan’s relationship with Samantha Ronson is clearly a positive influence on her life. The Beverly Hills judge overseeing the starlet’s DUI probation said this week that is she is doing a good job staying on track.

Lindsay ’s lawyer, Blair Berk, appeared on her client’s behalf for the progress report. The judge said she’s done what was expected of her, including taking the whole morgue thing. She also completed her community service.

Lindsay’s next hearing is scheduled for January 2009. Before that time, she must complete alcohol education classes.
