Sienna Miller’s legal reps confirmed the actress’ plans to sue various British news and photo agencies for publishing photos of her chilling topless with a married dude. The team of attorneys claimed it was a breach of Sienna’s privacy to publish photos of Sienna rolling around nude with Balthazar Getty on a public beach.
Miller and the law firm of Carter-Ruck are taking aim at the photo agency Big Pictures and News International, which publishes the News of the World and Sun newspapers, which ran a series of stories and (scantily clad) pictures of Miller on vacation with the Brothers and Sisters star.
In December, Miller, 26, won a judgment of about $75,000 against The Sun and The News of the World for publishing “highly intrusive” photos of her while she was filming a nude scene for the movie Hippie Hippie Shake. It’s believed to be the largest fine ever levied for a photographic invasion of privacy in the U.K.
So now that Sienna’s won a judgment against The Sun, she thinks she can flop her norks out all over Italy without any consequences? Pfft.

The News Of The World lost a very high-profile privacy case in London yesterday, so Sienna is obviously striking while the compensation iron is hot.

I hope she looses. That serves her right. I mean she was in public; what happened common sense!
