The first still from Katie Holmes’ upcoming Broadway show was released this week. Katie stars with Diane Wiest, John Lithgow,and Patrick Wilson in Arthur Miller’s “All My Sons.”

Us Weekly pointed out that Katie’s Broadway debut hasn’t fared as well as Nicole Kidman’s 1999 debut in “The Blue Room,” but that might have something to do with the fact that Tom Cruise’s ex-wife got nude on stage for her role, while his current wife stays buttoned up.

Less than $1 million in tickets for All My Sons, which begins previews in September, have been sold compared to $4 million for Kidman’s Broadway stint.

“I’ve bought 1,000 tickets to the show,” a broker told the Post. “I still have them.”

A show rep tells Usmagazine.com: “We don’t discuss advance sales.”

Furthermore, tickets to see Kidman went as high as $700 while premium tickets for Holmes’ show are netting $300.

“I think if she takes off her clothes, she may catch up!” a Broadway insider joked to the Post.

I don’t really care to see Katie naked onstage at this point, so whatev. We saw her stuff in “The Gift,” and that was enough to last a lifetime.
